Booking takes a few minutes online: availability check, digital agreement and a €150 deposit. The booth performs best during the cocktail hour and the first two to three hours of the reception, when all guests are present, and one announcement from the DJ is enough to start the queue.
How early to book
Demand follows the wedding season. Saturdays in May, June and September go first, often six months ahead, followed by Saturdays in July and October. Sundays and weekdays almost always have availability with two to three months' notice, and at a discount. If your wedding is in a few weeks, check availability online: dates free up and cancellations happen.

On the quote page you enter the date, the event type and the region, and you see immediately whether the date is free and what it costs with every charge. Then you sign the agreement digitally and lock the date with a €150 card deposit. The balance is settled before the event, and until then the date is yours.

Where to put it in the schedule
The booth works best when guests are on their feet and in the mood: during the cocktail hour before dinner and in the first two to three hours of the reception, around the opening of the dance floor. During dinner the queue naturally thins, and late at night it fills again with the funniest takes. If your hours are limited, choose the cocktail hour and the first dance.
How to announce it
It takes little effort: the screen looping the clips draws people on its own. An announcement from the DJ when the dance floor opens, a small card with the gallery QR on the tables and the best man and maid of honour as the first group are enough to start the queue.
After the wedding
The next day you receive the online gallery with every clip of the night. Download them, send the link to guests who did not get theirs, and keep the best for your wedding album.
