At Videobooth.pro, renting a 360 video booth with operators in Greece costs from €750 for birthdays and parties, from €850 for a christening and from €950 for a wedding or corporate event, plus 24% VAT. The price includes two operators, branding with names or a logo, unlimited sessions, phone delivery within 60 seconds and a screen. Weddings and christenings get 10% off on Sundays and 20% off on weekdays, travel is free within 100 km of Corinth, and booking takes a €150 deposit.
Base prices per event
Prices in the Greek market vary a lot, mostly depending on whether the booth comes with operators, branding and a screen or is a machine left at the venue. At Videobooth.pro the price is one figure per event type and includes the whole package.
Base prices per event
- Wedding: from €950 + VAT (€1,178 with VAT) on a Saturday, with Sunday and weekday discounts
- Christening: from €850 + VAT (€1,054 with VAT), same day discounts
- Birthdays and parties: €750 + VAT (€930 with VAT), same price every day
- Corporate events: from €950 + VAT (€1,178 with VAT), invoice issued
What the base price includes
The mistake people make when comparing quotes is comparing only the final number. A low price for a booth without an operator means a family member spends the night next to it. Our base price always includes:
What the base price includes
- Two operators throughout, who set up, help with poses and manage the queue
- Overhead 360° booth with no platform, 240fps slow-motion capture
- Branding with your names, date or logo and the music of your choice
- Unlimited sessions within your booked hours, up to 10 people per spin
- Phone delivery by QR, AirDrop, SMS or email in under 60 seconds
- Screen looping the clips, RGB lighting, fog and bubbles
- Online gallery with every clip the next day
What changes the final cost
Three things decide the final price: the day, the distance and the duration. The day applies to weddings and christenings: Saturday is the base price, Sunday gets 10% off and weekdays 20% off. Distance is measured from our base in Corinth: within 100 km, i.e. Attica, Corinthia, Argolida and Arcadia, travel is free. From 100 to 180 km add €150, from 180 to 330 km €300 including the crew's overnight stay, and beyond 330 km €500 with the stay. For islands, travel is quoted separately including the ferry and accommodation.
Duration mainly matters for multi-day events and fairs. The base price covers the typical schedule of a reception or a party; for more hours or a second day we quote by the hour.
Three worked examples
To see how the final figure comes out in practice:
Three worked examples
- Sunday wedding at an estate in Attica: €950 minus 10% = €855, free travel, €1,060.20 with 24% VAT
- Friday christening in Nafplio: €850 minus 20% = €680, free travel, €843.20 with VAT
- Saturday wedding in Patras: €950 + €150 travel = €1,100, €1,364 with VAT
Questions to ask every provider
When you collect quotes from several companies, these questions put them on a comparable footing:
Questions to ask every provider
- Are operators included for the whole booking, and how many?
- Does the booth have a platform or is it overhead? Is it safe for children and a wedding dress?
- How many hours does the price cover and what does an extra hour cost?
- Are sessions unlimited or capped?
- How are clips delivered to guests and when do you receive all the footage?
- Are branding and music included?
- Is the price with or without VAT, and do you get a receipt or an invoice?
- What does travel to your venue cost?
- What happens at an outdoor venue if it rains?
How to pay less
If your date is flexible, a Sunday or a weekday lowers the wedding or christening price by 10% or 20%. If two family events fall on the same weekend in a distant region, the travel charge can be shared. Booking early does not change the price, but it secures the date: Saturdays in May, June and September go first.
