Bookings & Deposit
A booking is confirmed with a 150€ deposit. The balance is settled 2 days before the event. With your consent, your card is securely stored with Stripe to automatically settle the balance.
Cancellations
If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances we may reschedule your booking to a new date, subject to availability.
Delivery guarantee
If, through our own fault, we fail to deliver the service to your guests at your event, we refund in full every amount you have paid (deposit and any balance). Your peace of mind is our responsibility.
Venue requirements
A clear 3.5m × 3.5m area with a 3.5m ceiling, level floor and power supply is required. Outdoor setups require cover and weather protection.
Content & usage
Videos are delivered to guests and to a secure online gallery. We may use selected footage for promotion only where explicit consent is given.
