How we work in Athens & Attica
Athens is under an hour from our base in Loutraki, so all of Attica sits inside our free-travel zone. We cover the wedding estates of northern Attica around Varympompi, Dionysos and Drosia, the Mesogeia estates in Koropi, Markopoulo and Spata, the seaside venues of the Athens Riviera from Glyfada to Vouliagmeni, Lagonisi and Sounio, and the hotels and rooftops of the city centre.
Athens is also the corporate-events city. The 360° booth with custom branding, a live screen and instant delivery to guests' phones is one of the few activations people genuinely share on the spot. We have set up at product launches, company parties, conferences and store openings, with the client's logo on every clip.
In the city, logistics matter. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the start, load in through the venue's service entrance and need only a clear 3.5 × 3.5 m area; the equipment fits in a standard lift for upper-floor venues. We plan extra time for rush-hour traffic so we are always ready before the first guest arrives.
